Seems like mask outputs aren't exported correctly when doing a terrain build.
Doing an auto levels in Gaea doesn't seem to fix that neither. Looks like it is using the world scale of the terrain project and then remapping the values of all the outputs which are marked for export. Normally it should be remapping values for only the height fields.
Maybe adding a check box to let Gaea know which node marked for export is Mask type or heightfiled type so that it can apply remapping to the right nodes.
In Gaea it displays as intended (Snow mask):
While when doing a build and then opening the Snow mask in photoshop, the values seem to be off:
